Sean Gilfeather has joined Lorica to head its Actuarial and Risk Management team.
Sean is a qualified actuary with 15 years diverse experience in pensions and employee benefits, having worked for major consultancies and a major insurer. Sean's background includes being head of Business Development and Actuarial Team at Buck Consultants in Scotland and Corporate Consultant and Client Manager at Aegon.
He prides himself in delivering client focused and practical solutions and is passionate about simplifying pensions and ensuring that communication is clear.
"I am really looking forward to the challenge of heading up the Actuarial and Risk Management team as it's important to our clients that as well as providing modern employee benefit solutions, we're equipped to deal with the risks associated with defined benefit and other trust based schemes" said Sean.
