Chris Downing has joined the expanding Lorica flex team as the company's first Client Experience Manager. He joins from Jelf employee benefits to specifically look after flexible benefits and total rewards customers from launch onwards.

Helen Boylett-Smith has joined Lorica as Head of Retirement Options to meet the growing need for sound retirement advice by the consultancy's clients.

Lorica has set up an Actuarial and Risk Management division to give employers advice and support on how to manage, reduce or eradicate the risks associated with operating Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes and other trust based arrangements.　

The world's biggest vehicle management and leasing provider, LeasePlan, has granted Lorica its "LeasePlan Award for Innovation 2009", for Lorica's Innovative approach and long running relationship in managing the group's employee benefits.
