Since 2005, Cycle Solutions has been working with organisations all over the UK to help them and their employees to take advantage of the Government backed Cycle To Work Scheme.
Coincidentally, recently the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, launched the capital's Summer of Cycling Campaign encouraging Londoners to get on their bikes.
Said Matt Duffy, Partnerships Manager at Lorica Online: "Partnering with Cycle Solutions was the next logical step in our Channel Partner Programme."
He explained: "Wheelies Direct Cycle Solutions have developed their proposition around both their B2B and B2C expertise, which leads to an excellent customer experience."
Lorica Online searches for exclusive, best in class partnerships with organisations providing products and services which they feel fit into and add value to their new online benefits portal Cube.
"Our partners," said Duffy, "will have innovative products and excellent customer service delivery. We will be looking to develop long term strategic partnerships with these organisations which will see a two-way flow of business."
Steve Edgell, Director at Cycle Solutions, commented: "We are delighted to partner with Lorica. The combined benefits and services offered by Lorica and Cycle Solutions can only enhance the experience of the organisations and the employees that we work with. "
Cycle Solutions enables employers to offer their staff bicycles and cycling equipment with savings of up to 48 per cent from the retail value through a salary sacrifice benefit scheme.
The Bike Scheme then makes it possible for organisations to offer their employees tax and national insurance reductions if they want to enjoy the benefits of cycling to work.
Lorica's business partners' own online offerings will be integrated into the Cube portal allowing employees to use it in a seamless way without having to switch between different systems.
Duffy said the partnerships programme meant that any HR director would be able to approach Lorica as a trusted adviser knowing that it could provide anything required right across the benefits sector.
