David Barville has joined the flexible benefits team at Lorica in a project management role that will also involve him managing individual flex implementations and Lorica Online operational development.
He joins the employee benefits consultants after more than three years working in a similar role for Staffcare.
Besides managing individual flex implementations, Barville's role at Lorica will be to define the overall project management methodology and build processes and develop Lorica Online's operational capabilities.
Barville has more than nine years' experience in the flex market, with experience in administration, consultancy, and flex scheme design as well as in his current speciality, of project management and systems implementation.
