Chris Downing joins Lorica to focus on flex customer care

Chris Downing has joined the expanding Lorica flex team as the company's first Client Experience Manager. He joins from Jelf Employee Benefits to specifically look after flexible benefits and total rewards customers from launch onwards.

Downing says, "Lorica's flex client portfolio is growing substantially and with new customers quite rightly taking up the time of the business and implementation teams, it's really important to ensure all existing clients continue to get commitment. I'll be entirely focused on supporting their flex or reward journey, so together we make it the best it can be. Lorica's platform, market-leading provision and loyalty to their customers made this a clear choice for me.

Chris' flexible benefits career began in 1997 with Towers Perrin, working with their first UK flexible benefits client and developing a robust administration and client delivery service for the expanding portfolio. After 10 years with Towers Perrin as Client Delivery Manager responsible for administration and client relationship, he joined Jelf Group plc to develop an outsourced administration service for flexible benefits and head the overall flex client relationship for flex and total rewards.
